In June, Fujifilm Print US invited printers, technology partners and industry leaders to the Fujifilm Graphics Innovation Hub in Hanover Park, Illinois, for a glimpse into the future. More than a product launch, “Unveiling the New Standard in Print” showcased the innovations, insights and strategies shaping the next era of production print.
At the center of that conversation was the Fujifilm Print US Revoria Press™ PC2120, the new flagship model in Fujifilm’s production print portfolio. Building on the success of the Revoria Press PC1120, the PC2120 combines advanced AI-driven automation, expanded color capabilities and highly stable one-pass six-color printing. The press is not only engineered to print faster, but to remove complexity from production while expanding creative opportunities.
One of the event’s most talked-about innovations was the integration of AI throughout the workflow. Innovative AI-powered tools automatically analyze substrates, recommend production settings, optimize image quality and make real-time adjustments during printing. Whether correcting registration, compensating for paper variations or enhancing image output, the technology helps deliver consistent results regardless of operator experience.
For printers facing labor constraints and growing production demands, the PC2120 offers a practical path forward. By reducing setup time, minimizing waste and automating traditionally manual tasks, the digital press allows operators to focus less on process management and more on production value.
Equally significant is the introduction of a newly developed Green toner. Combined with Pink toner, it enables the PC2120 to reproduce up to 93% of Pantone spot colors while delivering vibrant hues that more closely match the RGB colors designers see on screen. Alongside Fujifilm’s growing portfolio of Gold, Silver, White, Clear and Textured Paper toners, the platform expands creative possibilities and helps brands achieve greater visual impact.
